Christine Taschin, created Flo floral & design in 2002 because of her genuine passion for flowers and floral design. While she initially fell in love with flowers while gardening with her grandmother, she has since supplemented this love with experience and technical know how. Christine has worked in some of the best floral shops in Toronto and has taken multiple certification courses that taught her the principles and practice of floral design. One such program was through the FlowerSchool New York, where Christine worked with uber chic florist Michael George who is considered New York's leading fashion florist.

When it comes to her work, there are two things that Christine believes above all other. One is that flowers are crucial in creating ambiance. The second is that if you have a passion for your work, and love what you do, it will reflect in your work. These two beliefs come through in every arrangement she does.
